  • Developed and managed Sonder poetry group, planned, organized, & executed biannual poetry slam to over 300 guests, one of BELA’s largest most widely-attended founding events.

  • Facilitated social justice activities to promote awareness, equity, and solution-based thinking, empowering participants to become active in shaping their communities and futures.

  • Conducted staff training for over 120 counseling and advising staff for social justice conferences, including training for research, facilitation, mandated reporting, and team building. 

  • Raised over $8,000 to sponsor delegates to ANytown Leadership Camp between 2012 and 2018.

  • Served as Co-Director, managing 40 staff and over 120 participants between the ages of 13 and 19.

  • Facilitated and processed small group activities (6-10 people) and large group activities (80-90 people) using the ORID model.

  • Oversaw service learning projects at Waikiki Beach, ensuring cultural relevance & reverence with followup reflection exercise.

  • Created international travel itineraries from USA to Dubai, Ghana, and Jamaica.
